A little about me...
I spent decades stuck in a cycle of exhaustion, frustration and self-doubt. I battled with my weight, struggled with my confidence and felt like my body was working against me.
Over time I started making small changes to my lifestyle and now, in my sixties, I have found a way to rebuild my energy and control my weight I have regained my confidence and feel more in control of my health than ever before.
You can too. It is never to late to take back control of your health.
I am here to show you that you don't have to settle for weight gain, sluggish energy, aching joints and a handful of pills. By making simple changes you can enjoy a life of energy and vitality as you move into your late forties and beyond. All it takes is one small step in the right direction.
